Online retail promotions are for end consumers only and don't apply to wholesale customers.

Any problems with orders received need to be emailed through to info@spurt.co.za within two (2) working days of order being received.

All orders are COD unless otherwise arranged with Head Office.

All orders are created as "Draft" orders, customers will receive an "Order Confirmation" email to confirm order details and delivery.

Please DO NOT make any form of payment prior to receipt of an invoice.

Please be advised that as the brand owner for SPURT and KIKX, we reserve the right to exclusively bid on the brand term SPURT and KIKX. This means that within the Google environment (shopping + search) bidding on brands (Spurt and/or Kikx) as well as any phrase match / broad match containing the brand term Spurt and/or Kikx is not permitted at any time. If we identify any partner bidding on brand without an explicit agreement to do so, we will be forced to terminate the relationship with said partner.
