Exchange & Refund Policy

Products must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact us to advise us if you need to return an item before shipping the item to us. Costs to return and exchange items are at the cost of the purchaser, unless an error has been made on our side, in which case we will undertake to collect the incorrect item and exchange it at our cost.

Once shipped, please supply us with tracking details and we will advise you once the goods have been received by ourselves.

Products returned should not have been worn and must be unwashed – they should be returned in the condition they were sent in.

Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

Refunds are effected against the payment method used to make the initial purchase.
